Reminder: HEDIS MY 2024 Medical Record Requests

Another HEDIS® season is quickly coming to an end! Our HEDIS® rates/results will be shared once they become available. Now is the time to reflect on ways to improve practices and better reach our members for the following year.  

After the HEDIS® medical record retrieval and collection process wrap-up, the data is submitted to the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), where each plan receives a score. HEDIS® performance data is used to identify opportunities for improvement, monitor the success of quality improvement initiatives, track  improvement, and provide a set of measurement standards that
allow comparison with other plans. The data allows identification of performance gaps and establishment of realistic targets for improvement. Additional information will be shared about our HEDIS® rates/results as they become available.
