Preventative Health

Preventive healthcare means visiting a Primary Care Provider (PCP) and the dentist regularly, rather than waiting until you are sick. You may look and feel well but still have a health problem. Your PCP wants you to go to regular checkups, not just when you are sick. This goes for children, teens and adults. An annual physical helps find and treat health problems early.
