CMS Action Required Information

General Compliance and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse:

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) require that Medicare Advantage Organizations inform network providers and practitioners about the requirements to complete annual training. In The required trainings for Wellcare by Allwell are: General Compliance (Compliance) Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA).

To complete General Compliance and FWA training (if applicable) and access you certificate of completion:

  • Visit the CMS MLN site:
    • To access training, use the CMS Provider Compliance page and refer to the "Downloads" section of the webpage (See: Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Training and Medicare Parts C and D General Compliance Training)

To start your FWA assessment:  Fraud Waste and Abuse Assessment

 

Once you have completed the training/s, complete the information below, attach your certificates, and then submit the form to verify the training has been completed.
